You might be dealing with anxiety that shows up in your body as tightness, racing thoughts, or feeling completely overwhelmed. Depression that makes even small things feel impossible. Relationship patterns you keep repeating. Or transitions that have you questioning who you even are anymore.
In our work together, I won't just help you understand what's happening. I'll help you actually move through it. We'll use whatever approach fits you best: EMDR for trauma that's stuck, CBT and mindfulness for racing minds and unhelpful thought patterns, compassion-focused work for that harsh inner critic, or attachment work for relationship patterns.
My job isn't to have all the answers. It's to help you trust yourself again, remember you have choices about how you want to live, and build a life rooted in self-compassion instead of self-judgment.

Your brain understood what happened. But your body? Your body is still reacting like the threat is still here with panic, shame, that constant sense of being on edge.
EMDR helps your nervous system finally process what happened so it can be stored as a memory. Something that happened to you, not something that's still happening.
It works for trauma and PTSD, yes, but also for panic attacks, phobias, grief, relationship triggers, that voice in your head that says you're not enough, and those moments when your body just won't relax no matter what you do.
We'll move at your pace. We'll build safety and grounding first, and you'll be in control the entire time. When you're ready, we'll help those old experiences move through your system in a way that actually brings relief. This isn't about pushing through or forcing yourself to relive anything. It's about giving your nervous system what it needs to finally let go

Sometimes the usual pathways to healing feel blocked. You've done the talking. You understand your patterns. But you still can't seem to get unstuck.
Ketamine can create a gentle opening. A way to access emotions and insights that normally stay just out of reach. It quiets the overactive thought patterns and helps you be with difficult material without being overwhelmed by it.
We start with thorough assessment and preparation, because safety comes first. During sessions, I'm there with you the entire time, providing grounding and support. Afterwards, we integrate what came up so insights become lasting change.
For some clients, I also offer ketamine-assisted EMDR using a lower, 'psycholytic' dose. You stay present and able to talk, but with more openness and less resistance. This can help trauma processing feel steadier and more manageable.
Ketamine-assisted work can be particularly helpful when you're struggling with depression that therapy and medication haven't touched, trauma that feels too big to process, or when you know there's more healing possible but can't seem to access it

Sometimes the most profound experiences are also the hardest to make sense of. You had an experience at a retreat, on your own, in ceremony and something opened. Maybe you saw yourself differently. Maybe you felt something shift. Maybe it was confusing or overwhelming.
Integration helps you bring those insights home. We create space to process what happened, make meaning of it, and actually live from what you discovered instead of letting it fade back into regular life.
I provide ketamine within my practice, but I don't offer other psychedelics or facilitate their use. What I do offer is a safe, judgment-free space to work with experiences you've had elsewhere, supporting your emotional healing, spiritual growth, and real, lasting transformation.
