I am an out-of-network provider and can provide superbills for eligible therapy services.

I refer to trusted medical providers for ketamine prescriptions. Prescriber fees are separate and vary by provider.
Payment options
Payment plans may be available for KAP packages. Limited sliding scale spots may also be available.
